Did Ray Bradbury ever write about a bicylce wreck outside a pub in Ireland. My doctor just had such a wreck and I was telling her about the Bradbury story. Alas, when I went to look it up I could not find it! Anyone recall such?

"The Great Collision of Monday Last" is a Bradbury Irish story. It's possible that for a long time it appeared only in play form, in "The Anthem Sprinters," but should be included, untitled, in "Green Shadows, White Whale."

It is indeed incorporated into Green Shadows, where it might be hard to find (no chapter titles to help).
The story is also included in three Bradbury short story collections: A Medicine for Melancholy; Bradbury Stories: 100 of His Most Celebrated Tales; Twice 22. - Phil |

Well, before "Green Shadows" at least one story had appeared in play form only--I must be thinking of "A Clear View of an Irish Mist."
