Several years ago I read a short story of his that made me think of the Moirae just the way the ladies were done; however, I can't recall the name of the piece and having no luck finding it again. Can some assist me?

Hi AncientOR, and welcome.

I confess I didn't know what you were referring to, so I Googled and now assume that you are asking about these.

I can't think of such a Bradbury story (although what you said rings a bell somewhere), but maybe someone else will think of something.

Interesting and intriguing mythological tale...but related RB!??

Maybe a trace of "Ylla" at the beginning of Martian Chronicles or "Cecy" the April Witch. These female characterizations were Mr. B's most intrinsically fascinating.

The short story "The Exiles", found in THE ILLUSTRATED MAN, comes to mind.
