Scarecrow Press sells primarily to libraries,so the price unfortunately is rather restrictive. I have no control over pricing, of course. But for the more impecunious among us, I had hoped for an inexpensive e-book, but that's listed as one penny less! Oh well....  | ||||

I pre-ordered on Amazon with a price of $66.00. Scheduled shipment is October, 2013. Yeah, I kind of laughed when I saw the e-book price at one penny below the hard copy. LOL | ||||
