THE FLYING MACHINE- 1978 short film
The link below will take you THE FLYING MACHINE, a 1978 film of the Ray Bradbury short story, directed by Bernard Sellings and starring the fine actor James Hong as the Emperor. The film was made with Ray's blessing, and he was very pleased with the result. It's very well done! Enjoy!

And the link below will take you to a December, 2009 posting on the excellent BradburyMedia site maintained by Phil Nichols (aka this Forum's co-moderator "philnic") which contains an article by Bernard Sellings, the director of the 1978 short film, THE FLYING MACHINE. In that article, Mr. Sellings discusses how the film came to be and Ray Bradbury's involvement in the project:

Incidentally, Phil has some great stuff in the archives on his site.
