I did a basic search for "dandelion wine recipes" and a bunch of websites popped up. One that looked particularly good was www.texascooking.com/recipes/dandelionwine.htm

Here is a recipe for
making Dandelion Coffee:

•1
Get dandelions at a herb shop (or pick them in a pesticide free field). Wash 'roots' thoroughly
•2
Dry and cut into inch long pieces. Roast in an oven at around 250 degrees until they give off a coffee-like aroma.
•3
Grind and then steep one teaspoonful of roasted dandelion in a cup of boiling water for about 5 minutes.
