So...Where Y'All From?
Robot Lincoln, It is, I have worked here at the Stewart Library, on Weber State University campus for 17 odd years. I was lucky enough that they made me a position years ago. My title is
Circulation Project specialist, which just means that I'm kind of a custodian sorta in Circ.

Thats way cool, Uncle. I need a job like that so I can get caught up on my reading lists. Plus, I'm a tad lazy. I saw you responded on another thread to grasstains. I haven't seen grass on the boards for a while.

She stood silently looking out into the great sallow distances of sea bottom, as if recalling something, her yellow eyes soft and moist...

...from the outer edge of the solar system. I think I can! I think I can? I think I can!

Go, Voyager, go!! To think this is only a leisurely stroll to the end of our own neighborhood.

Outside of Chicago by about 70 miles southwest, is Ritchie, IL. Lots of farm land areas, and right next to Wilmington, IL.

How far are you from Tiskilwa, Ill? My father was born there and I visited there and Chebanse when I was about 10 (1952). Thus, I have Dad's tales of his childhood to rub against the stories of Greentown that Ray worte about. I always felt that I had been to Greentown, and did, in fact, visit Waugekan on the same trip.

Well...Pioneer 10 has got Voyager beat by a few lengths...

patrask, Tiskilwa, IL is about 75 due west from Wilmington, IL. Lot of small towns all around. Farms abound. Great place to buy property for a future investment. Expressways nearby. An hour into downtown Chicago if needed via the 55 from Wilmington area.

Embroiderer: Thanks, now if it only had a beach that I cold surf! Someday soon I will make a trip east and plan to go through that area for old times sake.

Oh but Laguna Hills!! What a neat spot. If I remember correctly that isn't too far from Newport Beach if my memory serves me right. Please correct me if I am wrong.
