dandelionIllustrated Man Ad?
Anyone who watches Sci-Fi, you know those surreal spots during the commercials which are kind of like mini-movies? One of the latest features a man with tattoos of butterflies, a spider, and a man with huge webbed wings, which leave his body, come to life, and sit at the table with him. Couldn't be inspired by the creations of a certain author we all know and love?

fjpalumboYes, and now with the high-tech capabilities not available when Rod Steiger played the I.M., just think of the amazing special effects that could be applied in a redux.
With body-decorations a big business (now-a-days), I would think in the right studio and promotors' hands, this classic RB would be a major success. (Any news releases on the SF Channel's plans for its oft suggested update?)
On the big screen it could be produced with a lot "edgier" chase for the illustrating witch from the future included. "Matrix" or "Minority Report" cinemagraphic techniques could make things really interesting.
The chosen illustrations would also need to be reconsidered. How about - Veldt, Rocketman, No Particular Night or Morning, The City, Kaleidoscope, and Zero Hour?

biplane1Well guys I am posting this today in regard to a unqiue show on The Learning Channel (Tuesdays at 10:00 PM EST) called Miami Ink. Although I would never have a tattoo I find the show fascinating and their artwork beautiful.

Maybe these are some of the old posts from the old board, imported here and therefore showing up as new posts.

dandelionNo, they said they weren't importing the old board, but archiving it. It hasn't shown up.
